As a parent or guardian of a child in 4K through 8th grade, or as a member of the staff or faculty of the Pewaukee School District, you are automatically a member of the Pewaukee PTO!

Bring this flyer when you dine with us and we’ll donate a portion of the proceeds from your purchase. Please hand in a hard copy or show an electronic version of this flyer upon placing your order. Purchases of gi ft cards are not counted towards the event. It’s a great way to combine great taste and great fun – for a great cause.

The Pewaukee PTO Invites You To Join Us For Pancakes with Santa!

When: Saturday, December 3rd, 8:00-11:00am

Where: PLE gym

Cost: $6.00 for adults and children 2 and older Price includes breakfast, a make & take home craft, and a gift from Santa

Due Date: Return the completed registration form and payment to school with your child by November 18th, 2016 (There may be limited spots available for $10 on the day of the event)

How: Registration forms will come home with all PLE students. If you need an additional copy of the registration form, feel free to download and print one out.

Please bring your camera if you would like a picture of your child(ren) with Santa.

Remember those in need this holiday season by bringing a nonperishable food item with you to the event for the Pewaukee Food Pantry.

Pewaukee Lake Elementary, Horizon, and Asa Clark – Grades 4K-8

The data for our directory is based on information you provided during the annual registration process. Information included in the directory will be taken from the “Guardian Number 1,” or primary guardian, field, and will include parents’ names, the student name(s), address, phone number and e-mail.

To order, complete and return this form with cash or check payment to school with your child by Friday, October 7, 2016.
