The Fundraising Analyst is new for the 2007-08 school year. Here is a description of the responsibilities:
Investigate alternate companies for kick off PTO fundraiser (Innisbrook or equivalent).
Determine overall strategy for PTO fundraisers
- Assess what do we do now? (Innisbrook, sock hop, market day, script, etc)
- How much money do we make on these events?
- Could we make more with these events?
- Could we make more with a different event?
- Suggestions for new events with profit/cost trade-offs.
- Investigate Similar PTO fundraisers - what do other similar PTOs do?
Survey participants after fundraisers and provide feedback to the board.
Show event trending data/results.
Chairperson would report to the treasurer on the PTO board. Chairperson would NOT chair any of the intended fundraisers like Innisbrook, sock hop, etc. they would work with these teams. | |
