Tip for Making Copies: Determine the size of the packs to make (for example, 25 at PLE or 27 at Horizon). Make enough copies for one pack. Then make the necessary copies of the packs, using the 'collate' function of the copier to sort them.
Notes:
- All flyers MUST be reviewed by a Board member before copies are made.
- All PTO flyers MUST include a PTO Logo. Please see PTO Website or Logo File on PTO desk.
- Copies can be made in Room 222 in the hallway next to the PTO Office.
- All paper (color and white) is located in the PTO Office cabinet, Room 224.
- Fliers should be copied on half-sheets whenever possible to save paper.
- Place a cover sheet on each pack describing purpose of copies. e.g. "For Friday Folders."
