Link Existing Files to Web Pages

  1. Find the address (URL) of the file to link to, by going to http://files.pewaukeepto.com
  2. Once you have located the file, right-click on the file and select "Copy Shortcut".
  3. Login to the PTO Website, and find the page that you would like to add the link.
  4. Click on the "Edit Page" button.
  5. Type the name of the link where you want it to go.
  6. Highlight this name and then click on "Insert" and select the "Link" option.
  7. Select "Web Address", and paste in the URL that you found from step 2.
  8. Select the box for "Open this Link in a new Window".
  9. Select "OK".
