- Find the address (URL) of the file to link to, by going to http://files.pewaukeepto.com
- Once you have located the file, right-click on the file and select "Copy Shortcut".
- Login to the PTO Website, and find the page that you would like to add the link.
- Click on the "Edit Page" button.
- Type the name of the link where you want it to go.
- Highlight this name and then click on "Insert" and select the "Link" option.
- Select "Web Address", and paste in the URL that you found from step 2.
- Select the box for "Open this Link in a new Window".
- Select "OK".
