Need to call your child’s teacher, but you forgot the extension? Does your child need to contact a classmate regarding homework or getting together, but they don’t know the phone number? Did you want to mail birthday invitations to some of the kids in your child’s class, and you need to know their addresses?

Well, look no further! We’ve got all the information you need in one convenient location – the PTO’s Student Directory!

Parents and kids agree … this handy reference guide is one of the best resources the PTO makes available. This convenient book provides a variety of important lists:

  1. An alphabetical listing, by last name, of all students in ECE through 8th grade – along with their phone numbers, addresses, and parents’ names.
  2. A listing of all students in each class under their teacher’s names according to grade.
  3. A complete listing of all staff, their titles and phone extensions.
  4. A directory of administrative personnel in our District Office and the offices of Pewaukee Lake Elementary, Horizon School, and ASA Clark Middle School.
  5. A listing of PTO Board Members and all Committee Chairpersons.

This is one book you’ll want to be sure to keep near your phone! It’s great one-stop-shopping for all the school-related phone numbers you’ll ever need.

Order forms were sent out with the District mailing in July. Cost is $5.00 per directory. If you do NOT wish to be published in the Student Directory, there is a clearly marked area on the order form you can use to indicate that.
