This year the PTO changed our grant program.  Historically each teacher received a grant for a specified dollar amount to spend on their classrooms.  The PTO was happy to help in any way we could but, we felt that we could do more.  This school year, we developed a "true" grant program.   At the start of the school year each teacher received an application and were told to "shoot for the moon".  Applications were due by November 1st, reviewed by the Principals and in December, the PTO Board reviewed each grant that was submitted.  We were pleased to see how each of the applications submitted were requests to enhance our childrens' education.
