PLE teachers were treated to “dinner at the beach” on Monday, November 16th during Teacher Conferences.  Since PLE’s theme is Dive Into Learning, the dinner theme was "Under the Sea".  Dinner for the teachers included seafood appetizers, sandwiches, soups, LOTS of desserts and—of course!—beach music playing in the background!  Thanks to Kathleen McNight for chairing this event and all our volunteers who help show the teachers how much we appreciate them!
