What would you like to see our PTO doing next year? The next year? Do you agree with its current direction? The PTO Strategic Planning meetings are your opportunity to shape the future of your Parent-Teacher Organization.

For this year, there will be several sessions where ideas from the board, from school principals, and (most importantly) from you, are discussed and debated.

During our first session on January 28, 2008, we broke up into three separate groups (Family Events, Fundraisers, Educational Programs). Each of these teams met for an hour to discuss how well the PTO is doing in each of these areas, and then brainstorm on ways to improve existing programs and also add something new.
